When O2 launched Business Essentials into the market place they asked for our help to create a toolkit for their sales teams. The sales toolkits had to be designed, printed and delivered to multiple locations in the UK all for the rapidly approaching launch date.
Working closely with our client we produced a number of pieces of collateral to support their teams. Like most new things, the spec and proposition changed from time-to-time, but the deadlines don't.
We wrote the copy platform and created tabbed leaflets, pop-up DMs, email templates and signatures, customer facing PDFs, chat mats and laminates. The final designs were approved by legal and brand and then we organised all the print, did all the collation and fulfilment in-house and arranged delivery to all locations.
